Vertu Vauxhall Durham were fantastic because we went to the Vertu Durham dealership a couple of times to look at different cars and every time Callum was excellent, attentive and receptive to our needs and happy to work through different options with us until we found the perfect car which wasn’t that easy as we had some quite specific requirements. We also spoke with the manager Shaun who was really friendly and helpful as well. We ended up getting a used 2023 Vauxhall Corsa and it couldn’t be better for us, it has all the features we need and is ideal for my commute. It’s a lovely car and drives beautifully. Once we had signed the paperwork the dealership had the car ready for us quicker than estimated so we were on the road in a few days. Callum was great communicating all the information to us and keeping us updated, overall it was excellent customer service and a very positive experience. I highly recommend Vertu Durham, we have used them before and will use them again.
